Shipping and Payment

With us, you’ll always find the shipping and payment options that work best for you. We’ll take care of everything else and make sure your order arrives safely and on time.

In-Store Pickup

You can pick up your order at the PROFilmaře store and showroom , Nádražní 271, 253 01 Hostivice. Simply select the "In-store pickup" option when placing your order, and as soon as the items are ready for pickup, we’ll send you an email and SMS notification. Items in stock can usually be picked up the same day. If the item is not in stock, you will be notified when it is ready for pickup after delivery from the manufacturer.

The following payment methods are accepted upon pickup:

• cash or card upon pickup
• online prepayment or advance invoice
• payment by invoice with a due date (for regular customers)

Delivery to a pickup box

Smaller orders can be delivered to WE | DO and Alzabox pickup boxes. The size limit for shipments is 41 x 38 x 64 cm, with a maximum weight of 15 kg. Orders are delivered the next business day after shipment.

When using this service, we accept payment online in advance or upon pickup at the location (if the box you selected allows it). When paying upon pickup, a cash-on-delivery fee is charged to the box operator.

Delivery to Zásilkovna (Packeta) pickup points

Smaller shipments can be picked up at Zásilkovna pickup locations. The size limit is 41 x 38 x 64 cm, with a maximum weight of 15 kg. Orders are typically delivered within two days, depending on the workload at the specific location and the frequency of pickups in the area.

When using this service, we accept payment online in advance or upon pickup at the location. If paying upon pickup, a Zásilkovna cash-on-delivery fee applies.

Delivery by shipping service to the selected address

We ship in-stock items by the second business day after receiving the order, provided that the shipment meets the weight and size limits of the selected shipping service.

When shipping via a courier service, the following payment methods are available:

• online prepayment or advance invoice
• card upon delivery (with a cash-on-delivery fee)
• payment by invoice with a payment term (for regular customers)

The usual delivery time via courier service is 1–2 days from shipment.

Custom Shipping

It may be the case that your order requires specific shipping conditions due to its weight, dimensions, or destination. In such a case, we will contact you with a detailed price quote for shipping options. If you agree to the quote, your order will be adjusted with the corresponding shipping cost, and you can then proceed to payment and shipment.

In all cases, if any problems or uncertainties arise, we will contact you immediately by email or phone.
